In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws 114 § 45, you must present a Burial Permit for the interment of remains on or before the day of service.
Burial Permit, Signed Interment Order, Original Cremation Certificate (if applicable) and Payment are all due on the day of service.

Cemetery Backhoe Operator Position
We currently have opening for a Backhoe Operator position.
This is a union position and is governed by a bargaining agreement.
The position averages 40 hours per week. Coverage for weekend funerals which may require additional Saturday/Holiday hours. Will be scheduled to work the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend as required.
This position requires outside work in all-weather types.
Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick time, medical, dental, LTD, Life insurance and limited company provided clothing.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and MA DOT Medical card.
- Must currently hold and maintain a valid hoisting license.
- Must be familiar with landscaping practices.
- Must provide copy of RMV driving history.
- Must be able to carry heavy objects.

Administrative Clerical Position
We currently have an opening for a 30 – 35 hour Administrative Clerical position at the
Mt. Calvary Cemetery office.
The candidate must be computer literate, be proficient in MS word and Excel, and process good customer service skills as there is constant contact with the public. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
Limited Saturday morning availability as needed.
