Memorial Day Flags
During the couple of weeks before Memorial Day local volunteer groups will be decorating the graves of veterans with American Flags. They do their best to insure that each veteran receives a flag. There are times that there is an oversight. If this does happen please be aware that the cemetery does not place the flags or maintain records of veterans interred at our cemeteries. We have a very limited supply of flags that are provided to us by Veteran’s Services should a Veterans grave not be decorated . The Board of Directors of the Boston Catholic Cemetery Association would like to invite you to attend our 2016 Memorial Day Masses. Our Annual Memorial Day Masses will be held on Monday May 30th this year. We sincerely hope you will be able to attend. The complete Mass schedule for Monday May 30, 2016 is: Mount Benedict Cemetery, 409 Corey Street, West Roxbury at 10:00 am. We will have a tent and seating at the main entrance.
